FAQ’s

When should I arrive in Italy?

We recommend arriving on or before August 6th to give yourself time to settle in, adjust to the time difference, and enjoy the area before the wedding festivities begin on the 7th. There’s plenty to see and do nearby, so arriving a day or two early is a great way to start your Italian getaway relaxed and ready to celebrate!

Do I need a Visa?

Can we bring our children?

We kindly request that our wedding celebration be an adults-only event. We truly appreciate your understanding and your effort to make arrangements so you can join us for a weekend of celebration.

We understand that, in some cases, children will need to travel with their parents. If this applies to your family, please reach out to us directly — we’re happy to discuss possible accommodations, including babysitting options during the ceremony and reception.

Can I bring a + 1?

If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed on your invitation. We’ve carefully planned the guest list, so if no guest is listed, we kindly ask that you join us solo and enjoy the festivities with everyone there!

Will the celebration be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony & the reception will be outdoors in the garden at the Wedding Villa, Domus Laeta. It’s mostly grass with stone pathways, and under the pergola. Ladies, plan to wear a wider heel to ensure they dont get stuck in the grass. We’re inquiring about a dance floor so stay tuned for updates!

What is the best way to communicate abroad?

WhatsApp

Download this messaging app before traveling. This is the main app to communicate abroad. We will be using it for updates, directions, and more during the weekend—details to come closer to the date!

Wifi Everywhere

Most hotels, airports, and cafés offer free Wi-Fi, which makes it easy to message or call over apps like WhatsApp, iMessage, or FaceTime. Just make sure to enable Wi-Fi calling on your phone before your leave.

International Travel Plans

Contact your wireless provider to ensure you have coverage while you travel. With all providers there will be a daily Plan fee Verizon and AT&T have a $12/Day Plan.

eSim SIM cards

If you’re choosing to turn our celebration into a vacation and stay overseas for a few days to a week after, it’s recommended to get an eSIM card.

*Most eSIM plans don’t include traditional phone calls because they’re designed primarily as data-only services.*

How do we get to the weekend events?

Please refer to the Details page. It has all the directions and options for travel and getting around.

Yes! You can take pictures. We just request that you’re mindful of the ceremony and distracting other guests views.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Please respond through the RSVP link by February 28th, 2026.

We would be truly honored to celebrate with you, however, replies after this date may not be accommodated once accommodations, seating, and menu arrangements are finalized.
