We met the “traditional” way…through an app. From the very first message, something about the connection felt different. Even before we met in person, we both had this quiet certainty that something special was unfolding. After our first date, we knew it was something worth holding onto, whatever that turned out to be.

Things moved quickly after that. We began talking constantly and spending full days together, getting to know each other deeply and exploring everything from marriage and goals, to values and fears. We communicated about everything, stress-tested our relationship, and didn’t break. Instead, we built a foundation that’s made to last.

In each other, we found a best friend, a supporter, a lover, and a life partner we could be 100% ourselves with.

Within months, we were traveling together. During our first trip, we talked about marriage, not in a far-off or theoretical way, but in a “this could really be us” kind of way. We came back from that trip more certain about each other. Meeting family and friends, spending holidays together, more trips, and yes, a few challenges that made us even stronger. Each moment reminded us how lucky we are to have found each other.

We truly feel like we’re made for each other—two sides of the same coin. We love that we never have to be anything other than ourselves. No pretending. No performing. Fully, comfortably, and unapologetically just us. We’ve built a relationship that’s authentically ours, and our life together will be the same.

In our time together, we’ve experienced enough to know we’re meant to be here, doing this. And now we are writing the next chapter—still laughing, still loving, still learning, and still choosing each other every day.
